Happiness coaching is different from other forms of coaching because it focuses on helping clients achieve a happier life, even if they don't know how to achieve that goal.
It takes a more "hands-on" approach than other types of coaching, such as life coaching, which focuses on providing support and accountability as clients pursue goals they have already identified.

Private coaching with me is a programme of 26 fortnightly sessions over 12 months.
Once you submit an application, I will be in touch and most often we will set up an online alignment call (30mins). This is to review and assess the fit. Because your success is my success, this process is crucially important.
Following this, we will either confirm that you are on the waitlist or I might alternatively refer you to a trusted colleague if I feel someone else would be a better fit for what you are after.

If you’re not ready for 1:1 coaching at the moment, then you can consider joining one of the 4 group coaching cohorts which I run every year.
These comprise of groups of 4-6 coachees who I select from a pool of applicants.
The coaching commitment for group format is 12 sessions over a period of approximately 4 months.
Group coaching is more affordable and one also benefits from the sharing you glean from other coachees in addition to my coaching. This is a combined individual and group growth model.
Acceptance to join this is subject to vacancies available, and applications often get to join the cohort commencing 1 or 2 quarters after confirmed suitable.
Application is by emailing me. Like the 1-to-1 coaching, I am also particular about the fit, and thus, the process for confirmation of joining the waitlist is no different.
